Associate Full-Stack Builder (APB) Program

LinkedIn's replacement for its Associate Product Manager program, slated to launch in January. Instead of routing junior hires into one narrow discipline, the APB curriculum has recruits learn to code, design, and do PM work before they're placed into a pod. It operationalizes the LinkedIn's Full-Stack Builder Model at the entry level: rather than hiring generalists only after they've already specialized elsewhere, LinkedIn trains generalists from day one.

Contrast with APM (Associate Product Manager) Rotational Programs, which rotate a PM-track hire through different PM roles or business units but keep the underlying discipline (product management) fixed — APB instead removes the discipline boundary itself.
