Before creating any campaign in Seller Central, chart every campaign planned for a product — one row per campaign, each with its own budget — in a spreadsheet, on paper, or in dedicated planning software. Sum the individual campaign budgets and confirm the total matches the daily/account budget already computed via TACoS-Based Ad Budget Formula (Existing Products) (existing products) or New-Launch Ad Budget Formula (CPC ÷ CVR × Target Sales) (new launches).
Populated using the campaign types in Budget Allocation Across Campaign Types (Aggressive vs. Lean Launch) (SP Auto, SP Exact/Broad Keyword, SP Exact Product Targeting, SB Video, SB Custom Image, SD Product Targeting, SD Retargeting), weighting more budget toward single-keyword ranking campaigns for an aggressive launch or toward product-targeting/video for a leaner one.
Functions as a forcing function against arbitrary per-campaign budget-picking: campaigns are only created in Seller Central once the planner's sum already reconciles against the top-down budget target.
