Company 'Gravitational Pull' for Talent

A concept Yehoshua attributes loosely to Marc Andreessen: a company at any given moment is either a net importer of top talent (it pulls people in) or a net exporter (it's losing its best people to a rival with stronger pull). There's no stable middle state — the direction of the pull is itself diagnostic.

Apply: when evaluating a company as an employer, test whether you can actually recruit strong people to join you there; if respected people decline or leave for a competitor, that's a leading indicator the company's gravitational pull is inverted, regardless of its current metrics. Related to 'Follow Good People Around' Career Strategy but framed as a company-level diagnostic rather than an individual career heuristic.
