Iterative Casting for Character Fit

Repeatedly regenerating a character concept until a version's face and energy convincingly reads as the intended lead — treated like an audition process, not a one-shot generation. The workflow in this video went through roughly three iterations before accepting a take as "cast."

This precedes Three-Panel Character Sheet (which locks the character once casting is settled) and is distinct from Actor-Directing Prompting Method (Takes and Incremental Notes): casting is about finding the right character in the first place, directing is about getting the right performance out of a character that's already cast.

Usage

Treat early character generations as auditions: reject takes that don't read as the intended character and regenerate, rather than accepting the first plausible result and trying to direct around a wrong casting choice.
