Review Scan Go (QR Insert Card Review & Email Funnel)

Overview

Review Scan Go is the presenter's own tool for generating Amazon-compliant QR-code packaging insert cards, used in place of a generic "please leave us a review" card.

Mechanism

The QR code routes the buyer to a branded landing page/funnel — not directly to Amazon's review page, which Amazon prohibits incentivizing — that offers product support, bonuses, or setup help. In exchange, the funnel captures the customer's email address and drives them toward leaving a verified organic review.

Application

Include a QR insert card in packaging that leads to a branded page rather than a plain thank-you card. This simultaneously builds a house email list (useful for future launches, re-engagement, or as an owned-audience asset relevant to a Buyer 'Green Light' Valuation Framework) and increases the flow of verified reviews without violating Amazon's incentivized-review policy.

Compliance Mechanism

The insert-card + QR-code funnel's compliance argument rests on one gate: it only routes already-satisfied customers toward a public review prompt (e.g., via a satisfaction-screening question before the review ask), rather than soliciting reviews from everyone who bought, or paying/incentivizing for reviews regardless of experience. That satisfaction gate is what's presented as separating this tactic from incentivized review schemes elsewhere on the risk spectrum — the funnel filters who gets asked, not what they're allowed to say once asked.

Compliance framing

The insert card itself never asks for a review — it only offers a free gift via the QR-linked funnel. Only respondents who report being '100% satisfied' are routed to a one-click copy-and-post-to-Amazon review flow; anyone less than fully satisfied is routed privately to the seller instead. Because the gift is never conditioned on leaving a review, or on leaving a positive one, the presenter frames the whole funnel as Amazon-compliant: customers are 'never incentivized to leave you only positive reviews, and they're not required to leave a review in order to redeem their free gift.'

Compliance Framing

The insert-card funnel is designed to never mention reviews on the card itself — it offers a gift/incentive instead — and only routes customers who indicate full satisfaction into the "copy and post to Amazon" review flow. This structural separation (gift offered unconditionally, review ask gated behind a satisfaction check) is the presenter's stated basis for calling the funnel compliant, despite it still being reward-adjacent.

Insert Card Compliance & SmartFunnel

Amazon's insert card policy: sellers may generically ask for a review, but may not direct customers to leave only positive reviews, nor instruct them to contact the seller instead of leaving a negative review.

Traditional insert cards (thank-you note, warranty info, generic review ask) underperform because they offer the customer nothing in return. The fix is a value-exchange redesign: give something (e.g., a free gift redeemed via QR code) in exchange for feedback, which reframes the ask.

ReviewScanGo implements this funnel: choose an offer type (free gift, coupon, digital asset, warranty extension, or plain review collection), generate a QR code for the insert card, collect the customer's order and contact info, capture their feedback, then one-click copy/paste it to the Amazon listing.

SmartFunnel gates the flow: if a customer reports less than 100% satisfaction, it suppresses the 'share to Amazon' prompt — routing likely negative feedback away from the public review rather than into it.

Campaign Mechanics & SmartFunnel

ReviewScanGo operationalizes the Product Insert Card Value-Exchange Redesign: the insert card carries a QR code into a branded funnel rather than a direct review request.

Campaign setup: choose an offer type — free gift, coupon, digital asset, warranty extension, or plain review collection — and the tool generates the QR code to print on the insert.

Funnel steps: order verification → email opt-in → feedback capture → (conditionally) redirect to paste feedback onto the Amazon listing.

SmartFunnel satisfaction gate: the funnel withholds the 'share to Amazon' step from any customer who reports less than 100% satisfaction — their feedback is captured internally but never routed to public review, so only fully-satisfied customers are prompted toward the Amazon listing.
