Seller Feedback Removal (Feedback Manager)

Seller feedback — left on the seller's profile rather than on a product's review section — is governed by its own Amazon guidelines, separate from product review content guidelines. Feedback qualifies for removal via Feedback Manager (Seller Central > Performance > Feedback Manager) when it contains obscenity, personal information that identifies the seller, or is actually commentary about the product rather than about the seller's service (e.g., a complaint about product quality mistakenly left as seller feedback).

The workflow is to review incoming entries in Feedback Manager and click 'request removal' on any that match one of these categories. This is distinct from — and often confused with — Amazon Review Guideline Violation Reporting, which covers removable product reviews rather than seller feedback.
