'Take a Job That Makes Careers' Heuristic

A job-evaluation rule Yehoshua uses: the right role is one where hiring someone into it will visibly advance their career — where, a few years later, having held that role/title at that company demonstrably built their resume and skills.

Apply: before accepting a role (or offering one to someone else), ask whether it will demonstrably build the person's career, and treat that as reason to reject pure turnaround or mercenary offers that don't pass this test, even if compensation is attractive. Distinct from Company 'Gravitational Pull' for Talent (which diagnoses the company) and 'Follow Good People Around' Career Strategy (which targets proximity to specific people) — this evaluates the role itself.
