A named technique: a short (~30 minute) daily team session built around discussing a single shared prototype together, live.
The point is to replace the async 'PM writes a PRD and throws it over the wall' hand-off with a recurring, low-ceremony ritual where the whole team (not just design) looks at the same evolving artifact and reacts to it in real time. It's a discipline for keeping discovery continuous rather than batched into occasional reviews.
