Versions (swipe the bottom toolbar to "Versions" in Lightroom Mobile) stamps the current full edit state into a named or unnamed, non-destructive snapshot. Tap "Create Version," optionally name it (e.g. "Green Wall," "Yellow Wall"), then jump between any saved version and the untouched original via "Apply." Versions persist across app restarts and phone reboots.
Versions behave less like simple undo/redo and more like lightweight non-destructive branches: each one freezes the complete edit state, always with a guaranteed path back to the pristine original. This lets a single photo be developed into several distinct creative directions in parallel (e.g. one version with a green-recolored wall, another with the original yellow) without ever losing the source.
